The Ajvar Festival was held once again in 2025, this time blessed with a magnificent summer day. Nearly 25 teams from all over the world competed in the ajvar-cooking competition, surrounded by a fantastic atmosphere and accompanied by excellent, day-long brass band music. 

The event featured a tractor show, the Balkan Terrace, crafts activities in abundance, and a massive kolo dance on the football pitch. The celebration concluded with a folk music and folk-dance show, followed by a shared party and dancing in the evening. 

This year, the event once again attracted over 2,000 visitors, and everyone who attended had a wonderful time
